We invite you to use this form to schedule an 'Off-hours' weekend or evening appointment at the Kirtland FamilySearch Center.
When you complete and submit the form below, someone from our staff will reply with a confirmation email or text.

The Center is located in the Church, on the east side of SR-306 at the BOTTOM of the hill, past Lakeland Community college.
