Available in the Kirtland FamilySearch Center 


Did you know that the Kirtland FamilySearch Center is provided by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and offers FREE access to several premium genealogical websites?


The FamilySearch Center Portal website, which normally requires a paid subscription, offers our patrons access to these library editions at no cost. The portal can only be accessed on the computers in the Center in the Kirtland FamilySearch Center.

The 19th Century British Library Newspapers Digital Archive – Online newspaper collection for the U.K. and Ireland


Alexander Street – Civil War, U.S. social and cultural historical records

ArkivDigital – The largest database of Swedish church and historical records


FamNet – New Zealand records

Paper Trail – Database of 19th-century westward American pioneer documents


Puzzilla – Partnered with FamilySearch and provides an alternative way to view and search lines on FamilyTree
